Terms of Service.

These Terms govern the use of the 6hands.app service (and its Polish edition 6handshakes.pl), outlining user and provider rights and obligations during the public beta.

1. General Provisions

The service provider is Łukasz Chmielewski, ul. Lubomierska 22/4, 54-062 Wrocław, Poland, VAT ID: PL9591474176. The service is strictly for adults (18+). Use of the service during the public beta is free of charge.

2. Electronic Services

The service provides profile management, local event and meetup discovery, attendance declarations, direct messaging with attendees, and trust-network connections.

3. Sign-in and Accounts

Access is passwordless via single-use magic links sent to your verified email. Magic links expire in 30 minutes and can only be clicked once.

4. Community Conduct & Safety

Unlawful, harassing, abusive or impersonating content is strictly prohibited. Users can block or report any account directly from the interface at any time.

5. Account Termination & Deletion

You may permanently delete your account and associated data at any time from your profile settings or by emailing contact@6hands.app.
